Pro 2 Pro Episode 4: CEO & Co-Founder of Meat Market Restaurants, David Tornek
David Tornek, CEO of Meat Market Restaurants, joins host Keith Hanenian for episode 4 to discuss his rise to entrepreneurship in hospitality from public accounting.
David built his career on personal motivation, strong self-awareness and a perspective on managing one's ego. Today, he recognizes his achievements were built on a formula that personally worked for him, resulting in a scalable business model.
In 2000, David took a strong turn into the hospitality industry in Miami and still works with the same chef/business partner today. With a high failure rate, David addresses why restaurants fail and what he believes is necessary to succeed.
Today, he employs over 700 hospitality associates across four restaurants, continuously aiming to make experience the priority.
